You pay to get updates!

    The plugin itself is okay, but their policy about updates is wrong. Basically, if you want to get updates of their paid plugins, you have to pay annually. The usual policy for other paid plugins is you pay once and get free updates indefinitely, only support is paid. Imagine this situation: you have paid for a plugin, one year elapses and a security issue or another bug is found. And you are forced to pay because of their bug/security hole.

    I have another complaint – they are not polite to customers. They reply in angry, accusative manner to emails when you state your discontent.

    Hi, Most users of this plugin never need to use any paid addons. For those who choose to purchase a paid addon, we aim to be transparent about the support and update policy.

    If there is any transparency issue, please let me know and we will improve on it.

    Our goal with paid addons is to provide genuine value. If an addon doesn’t offer value, users simply won’t use it. That’s why continuous development is essential; without it, the project would eventually stagnate. We’re committed to maintaining the plugin and keeping it compatible with the latest versions of everything over the long term.
