It doesn’t even deserve one star. It conflicts with many plugins that previously worked in harmony and disrupts their functions.

I can’t even update WordPress, WooCommerce and other plugins because of this. I have to deactivate this plugin before every update, otherwise I see the “update failed” error!

Not to mention that Pixel cannot collect all the data correctly.

YOU HAVE TO DO MUCH BETTER!

    Hi @djbeyhan,

I’m sorry to hear the plugin didn’t work as expected for you. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

It’s possible that something on your site may be causing the issue, as we haven’t seen similar reports from other users of the extension.

To help us investigate, could you please create a support thread and share the details of the errors you’re encountering? If there’s an underlying issue on your site, addressing it now can prevent future problems.

Please create a new support thread and provide the following information:

    1. Fatal errors from your site – Go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs, and check the dropdown for logs labeled “fatal-error” recorded on the day you experienced the issue.
    2. Your site’s System Status – You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support.”

Please paste both pieces of information into your support thread and include a link to this review there.

    Thank you!
