“You have not provided a valid SoundCloud URL”

We have a Soundcloud is Gold widget running on http://www.konimusic.co.uk/
Unfortunately, the message “You have not provided a valid SoundCloud URL” appears where the tracks should be queued at the bottom of the page and no music is playing.
Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the widget and have checked for updates of both Soundcloud is Gold and WordPress; nothing seems to be working!
Please help!!

Hi Louise,
Do you have any other plugins installed? It could be a conflict. You could try switching all plugins off, then turn on Soundcloud is gold and see what happen.
If you are using the widget, have you tried to save the settings again?
Also, you might have to re-insert those playlists into your site (delete the playlists on your site and do it again)

Just tried turning all our other plugins off and saving the settings (yes, we’re using the widget).
The strange thing is, on the settings page, the Live Preview box is playing music; it’s just on the site it’s not working. I’ve included some screenshots for you.
