  • Regardless of the same fortune I have spent on woocommerce products in the past I have always found your support team to be the worst I have ever come across in the industry, the words ‘Its your theme’ are not an answer for everything, and telling me that your small print states the extensions dont have to work is not an excuse either!!

    TODAY HOWEVER, you have gone that extra mile with your RUDENESS and decided people can only log on to your site via a wordpress account. I didn’t pay hundreds upon hundreds with my wordpress account details, I paid hundreds and hundreds with account details using another email, an email that I can no longer log on to your site with!!!

    This is a perfect example of the regard Woocommerce have for people after you have spent your cash with them, none.

    Some of my licences run out tomorrow and I wanted to simply get the latest versions of them, your support is worthless so I have no intention of paying for that agian. But now you have restricted me from logging into my account to even access the products!!!
