    I’m on a growth plan. I have just tried to upload a new image and have been told I have consumed all my data (500Mb). Logging into the Imagify account tells me the same thing.

    During March I have only uploaded 6 images totalling less than 100Kb and 17 pdfs which Imagify cannot optimize. I don’t normally come anywhere close to the data limit.

    Is this a glitch?

    I couldn’t find a contact point on your website anywhere. Hence the public forum.

    ​Sorry to hear about the issue! We had some server issues last night so that was the cause of this problem.

    We have fixed this so it should work just fine. Please check and let me know if you notice anything wrong.
