"You don't have permission to access /product/tour" after clickin on add to cart

Every time that I ckick on add to cart button in every product, I get this error:

Forbidden

You don’t have permission to access /product/tour/ on this server.

All the permissions in folders and archives are ok, I really don’t know what’s happening. The error occurs in the same url where I was accessing, for example:

My access is ok on url: http://www.mysite.com/product/tour
But when I click on add to cart button the error above is shown

I already deactivate all plugins, but the error always happen

Anyone can help me on this issue ?
