Are you logged in as an Admin?

Yes I am logged in as the administrator of the website. In the wordpress dashboard, I go to users. My username is the adminitrator.

still looking for help with this problem. I am logged into my website as the administrator role. I have all capabilities turned on. I have no other problems doing any capabilites on my website. The only two things I cannot do in your plugin is edit the default service name, duration, price and approve appointments. Thanks for any help you can provide.

What other plugins are installed? It seems like case of conflict..

    I have these plugins

    Appointment Calendar
    Contact Form 7
    Login Form Shortcode
    Nmedia File Uploader Plugin
    Peter’s Login Redirect
    Responsive Add Ons
    SB Welcome Email Editor
    Theme My Login

Where in the WP dashboard I can resolve this conflict?

Can you provide temp access to your site? I will have a look.

    Please don’t.

Note that I’m not accusing anyone of ill will or bad intentions. But asking for credentials to get access like that is really discouraged.

Please don’t do that: when you offer to get admin access and/or FTP access then you’re really going to far and that’s not cool.

Unless you willing to take responsibility for that user’s installation for now one (and they should NOT let you do that) then please do not ask or suggest that someone provide you those admin or FTP details.

You can provide assistance here, ask for log data, you can make recommendations and even suggest changes. But do not seek admin or FTP access. That’s just going too far.

Jan is correct and I decline to give admin access to my website to an unverified person on the internet. If this admin permission issue cannot be resolved through a forum discussion, then I will simply deactivate the plug in and search for a another service. I still hope to seek a resolution to this simple problem, or at least I thought it was going to be a simple issue when I first posted the topic. Please follow up with any other ways that I can provide you with the tools necessary to resolve the permissions issues, short of giving you access to my back end.

@jerry.. Thats Ok.. I totally understand..

Can you provide me with screenshots of the issue?

Also I would suggest you to deactivate all the plugins and then see if the issue resolves.
