When I try to view my site stats page via Jetpack, I get the error message “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” I can get to the admin panel and see some of the Jetpack option, but Site Stats isn’t even listed in the menu anymore. This just started yesterday. Any idea what’s up with this?

    Thanks,
    Kathleen

It is exactly the same to me, since yesterday!

I resolved the problem: I deactivated all plugins and reactivate Jetpack again and the stats are here again. The I reactivated all other plugins one by one. The plugin Subscribe 2 (was updated yesterday!) is the reason why the stats didn’t work. Maybe you use the same or another plugin is the reason in your case.

Thanks — I did that and the Stats section came back. But supposedly I only got 3 pageviews today, and only 2 yesterday! My blog isn’t high traffic, but that’s just not right. Any clues about this new issue?

It means that all the time the stats were not on WP visible there were no page view counts, too!

Sorry, but it is the same to me. There is nothing we can do about it!

Ha! My Google analytics stats don’t show a problem, so I’m sure you’re right. Thank you very much for your help with this!

    You’re welcome!

Same to me: Google Analytics is working… 🙂
