Our webmaster is ill. I am another admin user but my password doesn’t work. It will not allow me to get another password because the email to do that isn’t effective, so says the login page. Using the webmaster’s password we get the quoted error. I can get into the mysql database because I have hosting access. Trouble is I don’t know how to convert the password code to something I can use for me.

Any help? I’m fairly certain we have been hacked.
