Support » Plugin: Forms: 3rd-Party Integration » “You do not have permission to access this document”

  • Hi there,

I have this plugin running on a live site. I’m using it to integrate a Contact Form 7 form with Salesforce. It all works as expected.

However in the plugin settings, in the ‘Global Values’ section I have two email addresses separated by a comma in the ‘Email’ field. I now wish to remove one of these, but when I do so and click the ‘Save’ button I get a whitescreen error saying “Forbidden. You do not have permission to access this document.” (NB the displayed URL does not change before and after the mouse click).

    I’m using v1.7.3.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks!
