Hi,
Click on the link for re-authentication. The messages are saying that you “appear” to be authenticated but that appearance is misleading – “your existing credentials are not working”.
Best wishes,
David
Hi David!
Thanks for your respond! Unfortunately my problem is not solved and I need further guidance. After trying to re-authenticate, it told me that I´m authenticated now according to this notice: Success: you have authenticated your Dropbox account.
Your Dropbox account name: Daniela K….
Still when I click on “back up now”, it doesn´t work properly. It starts loading, but gets stuck after a while and never finishes.
Additionally I now get the following error messages:
Strict Standards: Declaration of UpdraftPlus_BackupModule_cloudfiles_opencloudsdk::config_print_javascript_onready() should be compatible with UpdraftPlus_BackupModule_openstack_base::config_print_javascript_onready($keys = Array) in /home/.sites/698/site8704257/web/wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/methods/cloudfiles-new.php on line 13

Can anyone help me? I appreciate any info on how to get my updraftplus to work again!
Hi,
“Still when I click on “back up now”, it doesn´t work properly. It starts loading, but gets stuck after a while and never finishes.”
When you say it gets stuck, at what stage? Please can you paste the complete log? (Use pastebin.com or something similar – it’ll be too long for this forum).
Debug messages: Turn of the debugging option in the UpdraftPlus settings if you don’t want to see debugging messages printed on your screen.
Best wishes,
David
Unfortunately it doesn´t tell me any percentage, but it doesn´t even load half way.
Here is the complete log. I used pastebin.com for the first time, so I hope this works: http://pastebin.com/Rq2kNMe4
Are you able to see my log?
Thanks,
Daniela
Hi Daniela,
Thank you. The error in the log is:
2538.750 (6) Dropbox Curl error: couldn’t connect to host
This is a network connectivity error – your webserver is having trouble reaching http://www.dropbox.com. This is something you’ll need to ask the web hosting company who operate the webserver about.
Best wishes,
David
