    Looks nice, then you pay the Pro version Only to find out they lack all important minimum things a good scheduling plugin should have. Unless you pay.. more and more, to each of those features there is an ADD on. Then, you make a review about it, to find out the review was asked to be removed from the selling site… thing that only happens to the negative ones… cool huh?

    We’re sorry to hear that your experience is not on par with expectations. We have listed everything that is included in the Bookly PRO default version in our description, so users know in advance what to expect.

    The features that require additional items (add-ons) are marked accordingly, each add-on has a separate and free live demo – this helps our customers make wise purchase decisions.

    The whole Bookly system is split into add-ons in order not to overload the main plugin increasing its price respectively, and let customers choose and use only those features that are essential for their business requirements.

    As to the reviews, the selling site may remove ratings that violate their policy or mislead potential buyers. If you have any questions about this, please address your concern to their support team directly.

    I would have read up and done pre-sales enquiries to establish that before purchasing and then inform the client of the expected costs….

    @dozza i am the client. And it’s not worth in my opinion, compared to other systems I tried and implemented in my sites. That is why the review, giving my experience upon using it.

    They have over 40 addons btw…

    OK, i hear you. Your negative review is still up here though, so democracy reigns! Regarding the add-ons, I think they give a good explanation to their business model for these above. I’ve been using 5 years and only use 4 add-ons as that fits the client’s business needs.
