    Hi There,

I am trialling this Plugin out, and looking for a support Plugin which i can upgrade to Pro, but I’m having difficulty with just setting the trial free edition out.

Each time anyone goes to the submit a ticket page, they get the following error: You are not allowed to submit a ticket.

Anyone know how i can sort this issue out please? Thanks in advance.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    hi,
I did give the user all the 5 rights, but they still can’t submit anything. Any idea?

    Hi @irelle,

Can you confirm the full setup of the user (all rights that they have) with a screenshot? Do they have other rights as well? And can you also show the response the user is getting when trying to create a ticket? Can you also confirm the role that user has?

    hello,
my bad, the user was not in the default group. Now it works perfectly.
I have one more question: how can you remove the authors name inside of the ticket? that’s right next to the pic.
    Thank you!

    Hi @irelle,

Just want to confirm do you want the customer’s name to be removed from the ticket or the agent’s name removed from the ticket?

    irelle

    (@irelle)

    hello,

    the agents name.

    Thank you for the help

    Hi @irelle,

In order to hide the agents name without requiring customization work of the plug-in; is it feasible to set the Agent names to “Agent 1”, “Agent 2”, and so on? Would that accomplish what you need in order to anonymize your Agent’s names?

    (@irelle)

    hello,
I had that in mind, but I want the admin to be able to respond without publishing its name/username, but ideal would be an option in the settings like “display name yes/no, or display as”.

    Any other ideas?

    Thank you.

    Hi @irelle,

I see, you’d like to have the option to allow the name to be displayed on a per-ticket basis?

Aside from editing the plug-in or creating a generic display name, there isn’t a more cost effective way to achieve that. Also note, that you can have the display name different from the username for added security.

Beyond those options above, we can consider an option in the future roadmap to enhance the security and allow anonymization for display names.

    Hello,

“You can have the display name different from the username for added security.” – can you please explain further? I wasn’t able to find any option. Aside from that, the plugin is perfectly perfect! : – )

    Hi @irelle,

The “username” of your profile is not shown in the ticket system, however the “First Name” and “Last Name” show for the agent. You can change those fields to be generic names like “Agent 1” and this will prevent your username from showing to users (and will be more secure).

    Hope that helps!
