Why did you delete your previous .htaccess file? What is in the current version?

i delete it because i want to add a custom 404 page i replace it with
    RewriteBase /
    ErrorDocument 404 /error.php
    I’m using V Version 2.7

If your site is based purely on WordPress, you need to create your custom 404 page within your theme and then let WP take care of the 404 handling. As it is, you’ve destroyed WP’s .htaccess rewrite rules – which is why your site isn’t working. If you have a copy of the original .htaccess file, upload it to your WP directory.

Finally after many experiments my site is working well i add a clean .htacess file and chomed it it 777 and i deactivate all the plugins after that the site works and i reactivate plugins one by one after that i enable permanent link so WP write on my .htacess then it works fine now
