Yoast won’t expand

I have been troubleshooting Yoast SEO using the following documentation: https://yoast.com/help/how-to-check-for-plugin-conflicts/#manual.

I have used the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin to go into Troubleshooting mode, change to the Twenty Twenty-Two theme and only activate the Yoast SEO plugin and the problem is still occurring. I am on version 6.0 of WordPress and the most current version of Yoast SEO (19.0).

Any ideas?
