 * Can I use Yoast SEO with Elementor?
    I have just downloaded Yoast SEO to see
   if it suits me before getting the Premium version and I seem to be a bit stuck
   on how to see/use it. If I go Dashboard/Pages/(any page)/’edit’ I can click on
   the Yoast logo to have access to all Yoast options in the right sidebar but I
   can see no content…all I have is the page title, a ‘back to wordpress’ button
   and an ‘edit with Elementor’ button…..no content whatsoever. If I go Dashboard/
   Pages/(any page)/’Edit with Elementor’ I can see all elements of the page but
   none of Yoast at all, no logo to click on and no right sidebar at all. So I seem
   to be stuck between seeing my content but not knowing what Yoast wants me to
   do to it or seeing what Yoast recommends I do but having no content to do it
   to. Is something wrong or is this what I am supposed to see?

 * a quick followup…
    I’ve just gone to Products and, because they have never been(
   can’t be) edited with Elementor, i can both see the content I created and also
   see the Yoast elements. Therefore can I assume this is some sort of conflict
   between Yoast and Elementor that stops me using Yoast on Elementor-made pages?
   Thanks

 * Hi,
 * We are using WordPress v5.2.2, Yoast v11.5 and Elementor v2.5.16 and the Yoast
   sidebar is appearing on a page. See image [https://imgur.com/9WdYDZp](https://imgur.com/9WdYDZp).
 * We are not sure why it is not on your site. We would like some more information.
 * 1. Can you confirm you are using the most recent Yoast SEO, v11.5? If you update,
   does the issue resolve?
 * 2. Are all your non-Yoast plugins and themes also updated?
 * 3. Can you confirm you are using WordPress 5.2.2? You can check by clicking on
   the W in the top left and selecting About. If you need to update, please check
   with your host provider. Please know that if you are using an older version of
   WordPress Core you may experience unexpected behavior with Yoast. This guide
   explains more: https://yoast.com/why-we-dont-support-old-wordpress-versions/.

 * Hello,
    Yoast is ver 11.5, WP is 5.2.2. Theme and all plug ins are up to date.
 * I can get my screen to look like yours also.

   but, as you can see, there is no content showing to edit.
 * If I click on ‘Edit with Elementor’, I can see all content but no Yoast.

 * As I stated in my original question, I seem to be stuck between seeing my content
   but not knowing what Yoast wants me to do to it or seeing what Yoast recommends
   I do but having no content to do it to.
    Thanks

 * Unfortunately, this is how Elementor works. The content is created in a separate
   Elementor area while the WordPress area contains the Yoast meta box to make changes.
   Some page builders work this way while others create content within the same
   WordPress area.
 * The good news is that Elementor sends the content back to the WordPress editor(
   at least last time I tested it) so Yoast can analyze the content.

 * Hello, Thanks for the answer.
    I’d read on forums that if you switched from Elementor
   to WP then back again you lost all of the formatting but I’ll test that and hope
   your good news is still current 🙂
