Can you please share the exact blog post URL that you have assigned to a different category but is now showing under another category on your site so that we can take a look at it?
In addition, can you please confirm whether you are seeing a different category in the Google search results or on your website category widget only?
It’s all of my posts actually. And the problem isn’t on my website, it’s in the google search results. If you take a look at my website you’ll see the category menu above and the posts in it. If you search for the site on google search (using “site:” you will see that every single one of my posts are set to a category “љубов” instead of the correct.
@dacoani51 When you say that all of the posts are showing as showing in the category of ‘љубов’, are you referring to Google appending ‘љубов’ to the end of many of the link titles?
If so, whereas Google typically uses the title from the metadata for indexing, this is not always the case. Google will sometimes modify the title of the URL as it sees fit, as well as sometimes adding the brand or sitename to the end of your title. This is not due to the plugin not functioning as expected, but rather is due to Google modifying the Title it indexes as it’s algorithm has concluded that there is a better version to index.
