Yoast SEO plug-in not working or being shown

Yoast SEO is not displayed in the usual upper box in the panel.
When I try to configure I get a blank page.
In C-panel, Yoast SEO as a plug-in has disappeared after WordPress updated. How can I restore it?
Will this happen at every damn update?

This is the second update that I do for my site and it’s the second time Yoast SEO did this. The first time I thought it was the update that had an issue and I asked the people at hosting support to help me with the issue. Little did I know it was going to happen again.
I’m thinking of deleting it and installing another SEO plug-in. This is frustrating.
