Yoast SEO not displaying in header

Hello!
I’ve migrated a client wordpress webiste to a new domain. I have also changed the name of the website and changed a bit of the design and so on. I also installed Yoast SEO so my clients easily could change their SEO for every individual page. But there is a problem: It’s seems as if the plugin is not displaying anything in the header so Google won’t index the site correctly.
On the other WordPress sites i have created the SEO information have been displayed between the <!– This site is optimized with the Yoast WordPress SEO plugin v1.4.1 – http://yoast.com/wordpress/seo/ –> and <!– / Yoast WordPress SEO plugin. –> lines, if you look in the source code. But on this website there is no SEO “text” visible at all…
