Yoast SEO for Carbon Fields

Hi,

I am currently transitioning from ACF to Carbon Fields and I noticed that by default Yoast SEO does not read content from these custom fields. Is there a way to get this to work? Or potentially another plugin add-on? I know there is an additional ACF plugin to accomplish this so I was wondering if there was one for Carbon Fields also. If not, is this something coming down the line? Thanks!
