This is one of the most weird things has happened to me. I’m discussing it with the support team of my theme: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/yoast-seo-stopped-working-on-a-page-without-classic-elements/46018

Yoast SEO seems to work in their computers.

However, it does not work in mine. It says “The text contains 0 words”.

I have not only cleared cache and cookies and open it in incognito mode, but I have also tried in Safari, Firefox and event installed a new Internet Browser: Opera. They all says that 0 words.

Any idea of what could be going on??

    Thanks so much

    Carlos

We are not certain what could be causing the issue on your computer. We checked your site and noticed that you are using the Premium plugin. Can you please send us an email at support@yoast.com so we can further check?

Yes, I don’t think I can enjoy premium support. This was the answer:

    Hi Carlos,

Thanks for your email. Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to verify your subscription. That’s why we sent you this automated reply. If you’ve already purchased Yoast SEO Premium, please send us your order number and your purchase email address so we can verify it manually and provide you with our premium support.

In the meanwhile, we suggest you take a look at https://kb.yoast.com because we believe the answer to your question may be found there.

On that faq, I have search for “text contains 0 words”. I have found this: https://kb.yoast.com/kb/error-text-contains-0-words/

But I have not find anything related to been working in some computers and others don’t.

@gmh2000 Unfortunately, as this forum is reserved for support of the free version of the Yoast SEO plugin, we are unable to provide support for Yoast SEO Premium through this channel. If you need support for the Premium SEO plugin it would require purchasing a subscription directly from Yoast.com.

Definitely Yoast SEO is not working well for us. We are changed to the free version of Yoast, so you can take a look. I’ve done some screenshots so you can see:
