Yoast SEO breadcrumbs: How to Change the Categories tree shown in a woocommerce

Yoast SEO breadcrumbs seems to be using the incorrect category tree.
Im my product categories, I have :

– Food
– Nuts
– …
Brands
– Brand 1
– Brand 2

Some products show correctly the breadcromb as I need:
home >> Food >> Nuts >> Cashew Nuts

But some other products show the other branch of its categories, the brand, shich isn’t relevant for the breadcrumb:

home >> brands >> brand 1

Is there any way I can enforce which category is to be used by Yoast SEO breadcrumbs??

I remember before I installed and configured Yoast Breadcrumb that there was a field on products and categories to define which would be the breadcrumb used, but can’t find anymore.

Ideal would be to each category or product to have a way to define which breadcrumb and category tree should it use.

I really appreciate any help.
