Going on days with no resolution from Yoast who advertises 24/7 support with premium subscription. This is NOT 24/7 premium support.

So Yoast, on virtually all of our sites for years, and now again, never properly connects to “MyYoast” (the absolute worst ‘license/activation’ system in the industry…

So, despite paying hundreds of dollars for subscriptions to ALL of the plugins for our Ecommerce site, the plugins continually say “not activated”. All they do is point back to MyYoast, which shows the site and the subscription turned on, but in WordPress, the plugins aren’t activated, constantly prompting to “upgrade to premium” which I have done 17 times.

Then, support takes DAYS to reply and sends vague answers with the typical nonsense of blaming it on bad connection and CURL and wanting hosting company to fix it, yet EVERY SINGLE OTHER plugin (over 37 of them) from every other reputable company in the unviverse (Elementor, WPForms, WP SMTP mail – ALL of them, their activations connect and register fine – no issues), so our site is perfectly able to activate plugins.

Just not the ridiculous MyYoast system.

Now going on 3 days with no response from Yoast, who advertises 24/7 support with a premium plugin. This is not 24/7 support, this is like 2 week support.

    FAIL.

  • Hi @masterbeat,

We’re really sorry to hear that you’re not happy with Yoast and that your subscription issue hasn’t been resolved. This forum is for support issues for the free plugin, so we hope you’ll understand that we can’t troubleshoot premium issues here due to the WordPress.org forum guidelines.

If you’d like to have our technical team take a closer look at the subscription issue or if you think we’ve failed horribly and want to cancel, you’re always welcome to contact us directly by email or through My Yoast.

With every new purchase, you have the benefit of a 30-day refund period to test whether Yoast products work with your particular site as well as the opportunity to cancel your subscription if you’re not completely satisfied with any services.

For more guidance about your options, see the refund policy and how to get premium support.
