 * My Yoast is plugin missing the “Advanced” tab in features? I have no “Titles &
   Meta” or “XML Sitemap” showing. I tried disabling & enabling the plugin to no
   avail.

 * Disaster! I need to exclude topics from bbpress form the sitemap but I still
   want them to be eventually indexed. Now I’ve google scanning all the forum, ten
   thousand of pages… and I cannot unindex all them to explude them from the sitemap
   since some forum are driving good traffic!
 * Arghhh, please send out documentation of at least on hook to disable specific
   post type from the sitemap.xml, or how to disable the sitemap so I can use another
   plugin…
 * Thank you, Stefano.

 * Unfortunately, it’s not possible to remove posts from the sitemap without noindexing
   them.
 * You can disable the XML Sitemaps by going to SEO → General → Features → XML Sitemaps.
