Yoast metadescription error

I have a big problem, where i need your help!

The next error is showing after i installed the Yoast seo plugin:

Your theme contains a meta description, which blocks WordPress SEO from working properly, please delete the following line, or press fix it:
<meta name=”description” content='<?php echo get_bloginfo( ‘description’, ‘display’ ) ?>’ />

Now i have the following two options:
Re-check theme or repair.

I’d like to know from you wat are the consequences when i press the repair button.

Are there any consequences, when the metadescription of my theme are being replaced?
