    Hi Everyone,

I’ve just activated Yoast on my new website and I have only “Readability” tab existing and no Keyword Analysis tab and there’s no place to enter the keyword.

In the settings dashboard/features/keyword analysis is active.

I’ve uninstalled and installed yoast, but it’s the same.

    Could anyone help, please?

    Thanks

The SEO keyword analysis can be disabled site wide or per user. So let’s confirm it’s enabled for your site and for your user specifically:

Admin > SEO > Dashboard > Features: Is the keyword analysis feature enabled?
Admin > Users > Your Profile: Is the SEO analysis feature UNchecked?

If both of these are enabled, then something is either conflicting or has manually disabled the feature. The next step would be to disable all plugins and switch to a freshly installed default theme, like Twenty Seventeen. From this default state, enable Yoast SEO and see if the analysis returns.

I have exactly the same problem as of an hour ago. Analysis, keyword and SEO snippet fields have disappeared. Switched to free version, which worked until I updated the page, then that disappeared too. I’ve already been down the rabbitholes of turning off other plugins, checking user settings, enabling and disabling tabs re-installing etc etc and still no joy from Premium or Free versions. The fact this is a common problem seems to point to a problem with Yoast. My premium version is 4.9. Would really appreciate an answer from Yoast on this.

@solotk Since you have the premium version, please contact our premium support team for additional assistance.

How can I get premium support?

I’m actually missing the Dashboard item, so I don’t have the Features tab.
This is what my SEO menu looks like:

Why do I have a General item (which has General, Company Info, Webmaster Tools and Security tabs) where everyone else has a Dashboard item with a Features tab and I don’t know what else?
