yoast duplicating language slugs

As you can see the language slugs are duplicated like /sv/sv/.
I get an error in google search console under “404 page not found” and “links redirects”. I have gone through the site and database but i can’t find any place that have entered the wrong url with /sv/sv/. Its the same for /en/en/. The main language don’t get any errors because it doesn’t use language slugs. I use Falang for Elementor as language plugin. It says it have support for Yoast. Its the same problem on all the translated sites but the only place i can find in the html code that mentions /sv/sv/ is the above pasted code from your plugin.
I have the latest versions of all the plugins, wp and themes that i use.
Where does yoast get the /sv/sv/ duplicate from? any way to solve this?
