As you can see the complete path for the breadcrumbs are missing.
Can you provide a solution to integrate the complete trail?

Yes, but this is for the Enfold theme and it seems not working in the combination of Genesis Framework and Yoast Plugin.

The idea basically is to make a change in your functions.php to detect and echo the correct breadcrumb. It does not matter which theme you are using

For now we’re slowly adding support for our pro plugins if our users are willing to help us streamline the process (we’ve added the instructions what to do in the before mentioned help document). For now we have no plans on adding more support for breadcrumbs to free version.
