Yoast Any Theme Child Theme CSS Minfy = NO CSS

Whenever I minify any child theme CSS it removes all references to the CSS and the site has NO CSS. Yoast claims W3TC is broken “Tried to reproduce, but it seems current version of W3TC is broken in my dev install altogether, I just get callback error at the bottom of the page.”
