I am having the same issue. Just updated the plugin and woocommerce and facing the same issue. We are using roadthemes.

@hvtrieu How did you solve the issue. I see you website is working correctly.
I have installed wpzoom plugin and disable the yith plugin from the plugin setting Yith > Zoom magnifier, uncheck the enable box and installed the wpzoom and all are done
Not working for me as well, everything updated to the last versions.
It remains stuck withe the “Loading” message.

@mrkhanakia I’ve rollback to version 1.3.16.
I’m having the same issue, just updated the plugin and now it’s not working. It says ‘Loading…’ over the image but it never loads, therefore the Zoom feature never works.
The console isn’t showing any errors.
Tested the solution from @tezizone to download WP Image Zoom and it works perfect.

the plugin is not working, if there are more than two gallery pictures included.
I have the latest version 1.3.20 installed. The browser cache is cleared.
Tested on three different browsers and two pc-systems.

On the other products with less than two gallery pictures the plugin works fine.
