    i have installed the plugin, it worked perfectly for few days, after that the new affiliate can’t log to the account and only this message show

    You will get an email soon.

    even if i approuve them the account doesn’t get approved

    or i can’t log at all it only get refresh

    and whit the old account i can’t change the commission it’s stock on 7% even if i change it from the dashboard

    Hello there,

    It appears you have set up affiliates to self-approve when they sign up, so we don’t think your permissions are the problem.

    We have registered an affiliate under the domain @ yithemes, and I have been able to access it successfully.

    Any error appears from WooCommerce > Status > Logs when trying to access? Could you try to disable it and then re-approve it?

    Have you tried to access yourself with that user with the correct credentials? Perhaps the client is entering with incorrect data.
