YITH SEARCH PRODUCT FILTER = Widgets Disappear

    Hi,

    I am using both plugins to Search a product by model and then Filter by attributes.

    Prior to today, the Filter widgets would remain in place, allowing filtering after the Search was applied.

    Last night I imported 800 new products, that are properly mapped to the Attributes.

    Today, the Filters widgets disappear when searching for a Model in the 1st place.

    Do you know what is causing this issue? Is this volume related? I hope note, I should have 10000 products anytime soon … I only have 3000 now.

    Hi,
    you have tried to unistall the ajax search plugin and tried with the woocommerce search product widget?

    Yes, this is my final solution at this point, I deactivated YITH Ajax Product Filter plugin and added woocommerce product filter widget. And it works perfectly with the YITH Ajax Search.
