After a customer completed a purchase of a gift card, I remember that I would get an order of 16 digit codes from that gift card so that I can recognize them for their future usage. However, I did not get the information about these 16 digits, after my website revamp.
And I found that my YITH dashboard (see this link) missed something as compared to your testing dashboard (see this link).

In any case, I recommend carrying out the following tests to verify that there is no conflict with another plugin or your theme:
- update the plugin, WC and WP to the latest version.
- change to a default WP theme like 2023.
- Leave only WC and our plugin active, and activate your plugins in batches until you find the one that conflicts.
