Yet another problem with YouTube related videos being shown

I know that there are already tons of Threads with how to turn off related videos in YouTube player, but they all embedded it in the article itself.

My problem is that I have to use video preset to have the video showing in place of the teaser image, that requires to only input the video id but it would always show the related videos at the end.
I have already tried adding ?rel=0(and just to be sure also &rel=0) at the end of the video id but it only results in the video id to be set to “undefined”, which of cause gives an error.
I couldn’t find any way of configuring that preset or options for the player.
I also found a plugin which was written to disable related videos in YT players, but either it didn’t work beause it is outdated or because it isn’t written to reconfigure the video preset.

Does anyone know a way of disabling related video when video is embedded the said way?
