Thanks for the interest in our plugin.
It looks like your current form displays the link as Inline. It works as expected and in this case no email has to be sent to the submitter.
Have you tried Send Email option before and had issues with it?
yes, sorry. i was testing and most have left it as inlined. ill change it so you can check out when you can.

Have you been able to get wordpress to send an email? Also, have you made sure that Contact Form 7 works on its own as well as Download Monitor?
