[Plugin : “Yet another ajax paged comments”] does not allow me to do things!!!

In my blog every I allow everyone to comment without leaving any email at all in order to make some users feel more comfortable. So I left blank the option “Comment author must fill out name and e-mail” from the wp-discussions. However this plugin disables this option and if you try to post something without leaving email address will give you an error message “a valid email is required”. So, I have deactivated the YAAPC and looking for a solution.

Other plugins do not work. I tried this http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/paginated-comments/ and it messes up some graphics of my theme in the comments field.

Any solutions… If I can hack them?
