YES, the Paypal error ‘Things don’t seem to be workin

    Hi,
    I hope I am in the right place- my head is spinning already…
    I have the Paypal issue, that comes when pressing on my checkout page Proceed to paypal button- Paypal gives the ‘Thing don’t seem to be working… ‘info.
    Paypal says everything is fine on their side.

    My health check brought up an issue
    7.0.30 – For best performance we recommend using PHP 7.2 or higher.

    I DON’T have any other plugins except WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway.

    Please help, I just opened my shop and this sucks.

    Hi @katartpics,

    Thanks for writing us here, I’m not sure if this is the right forum for the issue you are reporting as I don’t see our plugin installed or active on your site. So something else could be causing the trouble for you. I believe this is a conflict of somesort.
    usually Basic debuging help with such matter. Like switching theme or enabling / disabling plugins to see if the problem goes away. Then write the issue at that plugins support.

    If you are processing PayPal payments then did you tried our PayPal for woocommerce plugin by AngellEYE. I would recommend you to give that a shot .

    Getting warmer – In paypal checkout files I realised I lack
    LIVE API certificate.
    hmm , I should upload something, but I don’t find this option in my paypal account. I have use, password and signature?

    I downloaded your plugin, and it told me that paypal does not support my currency- i had downloaded a currency convertor plugin. I deactictivated. But my problem still stays…

    Hi @katartpics,

    Which Payment option from our plugin you are trying to configure? Are you Germany? as not all option of PayPal are available in all countries. Many are US/ Canada or Uk specific. Some other are Germany Specific so need to know which gateway you are trying to configure and I will be able to give some better info on how to configure it.

    But Express Checkout is the best option which should work in all PayPal supported countries .

    Also. While you installed our plugin. Did you tried by disabling all other plugins except for woocommerce and see if the error goes away?

    Another way to look here is that the version of CURL, you may need to talk to your hosting guys about that, tell them you are having some trouble with cURL and they will be able to help you with that as well.

    Please check those and let me know if you may have any specific questions about our plugin.
