Yelp-style Ratings Plugin?

On the bottom of every Yelp review, there’s the option to rate the review “Useful”, “Funny”, “Cool”, etc. (See a sample at the bottom of individual reviews here: http://www.yelp.com/biz/boston-symphony-orchestra-boston)

I’d like to do this for individual posts with a few options, in the exact same way. Ideally, I’d like for there to a count at some point, like ‘This post has been rated “cool” 14 times!’ or whatever.

What’s a preferred way of pulling this off on a WordPress blog? Is there a plugin or an easy-is hack that would do something like this for individual posts?
