Yeloni working on one site, but not another and is conflicting with Jetpack

    I really like this plugin, but the site I need it to work on is having trouble with it. It’s set up just as it is on the test site where I have it working just fine. But on our company’s official website it isn’t working at all and is also disabling the ‘share’ button functionality of Jetpack plugin. When I disable Yeloni, the ‘share’ button works just fine again.

    Mind you though, I still need to update the WordPress because I’m on 4.2.5, and maybe some plugins too. I don’t have my boss’s permission to do that yet though and the backup tool I’d usually use before updating is not working for some reason.

    Any known common problems with Yeloni, when it comes to conflict with other plugins? And a solution to this problem?

    Once I update the WP and plugins, if this problem is no longer a problem, I’ll delete this topic. I know, maybe I shouldn’t post anything about this before I make updates. I’m just pressed on time and trying whatever I can to figure this out for now.

    Thanks for letting us know about the issue. We are working on replicating the issue on our websites and solving it.
    However, if you are using Jetpack Sharing – please note that this plugin is no longer maintained and so it might not be updated.

    We tried to replicate the issue on our local as well on a production website, but it looks like both the plugins (Yeloni and Jetpack Sharing) working fine together.

    It would be great if you can help us reproduce the issue in some other way so that we can solve it quickly.

    Also, since the Jetpack Sharing is no longer frequently maintained, I would suggest you look at other plugins such as Addthis, Flare, etc for sharing content on social media.

    Please be assured that our team will look into this and assist you get your company’s site working fine if there are issues from Yeloni’s end.
