Yearly Subscription

I would like to have some of my products have a yearly subscription. I created a new subscription product and set the price for 12 months. There are a few issues with this.

1.) On the product page it says the price of the item is per 12 months instead of per year.

2.) I created a test subscription yesterday 9/28/2017 and in the database, the payment due date is 9/23/2018 which is 5 days short. I figure the 5 day difference is because a month is calculated as 30 days which would result in 360 total days as opposed to 365 days.

Please incorporate the ability in the free version of the software to do yearly subscriptions. Also, please make a way to manually add subscriptions in the admin area. The only way I was able to add a test subscription was to put the item in my cart using payment by check, checkout and then manually approve the order in the WordPress admin area.
