After installing the yaycurrency plugin, I used gtmetrix to test the page speed, and found that yaycurrency added a wc-ajax=get_refreshed_fragments to all pages, causing the page speed to slow down, why?

    Hi @tonyzyc ,

    Thanks for using YayCurrency!

Please note that it is normal, as the get_refreshed_fragments runs to recalculate minicart. If it is blocked or not run, the minicart will go wrong. You can see the below photo:

But it doesn’t seem cost-effective to slow down the entire site in order to add currency conversion features

    Hi @tonyzyc ,

Sorry, but if you understand how this kind of plugins works, as it converts real time using live API integrated via Yahoo Currency API, then you will agree that its exactly just normal, also, it does not significantly slow your website.

    Thank you.

    Kind regards,
    -Bruce-
