Yay for Yay

I ran into significant problems with two currency switchers I tried to implement on my site (a Hive Press theme) – one of which was Yay. I had installed the free version after having problems with another well known, well regarded plugin that simply wouldn’t work and did all sorts of strange things to my site (not to mention the currency conversions were miles out).The tech support from Yay was beyond belief – simply amazing!!! Within 24 hours of first contacting them they had their techs go into my site and identify the problem (the  theme changes the price which leads to double conversion in the cart along with other bugs such as $symbols next to product listing text). They tell me that they will implement the fix for the HivePress theme in the next release of the plugin. I can’t say enough good things about Yay. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thanks so much Yay. Yay for Yay.
