YARRP compatible with WPML – not working on second language | WordPress.org

Hello,

I have YARRP set up on a dual-language site. On the spanish site, which is the primary language, it works fine. However on the english site (secondary language), it only shows the same 5 articles on every article. These don’t change appropriately.

What do I have to do to make it work, or is this not compatible??

Antonella, I just looked at a few pages and it looks like it’s working:

I’m seeing different related posts on those. Do you not see that?

Sorry, since posting I read in another thread that YARPP was not compatible with WPML, so I switched to another similar plugin and it works.

However, let me know if YARPP does work as it seems to work better with Related Posts Slider which I would like to use.

YARPP should work with WPML, and I’ve worked with the WPML authors in the past to incorporate changes they suggested. As far as I know, there is no current incompatibility reported.

As I understand it, WPML is a paid product, so I suggest you try contacting the WPML authors for support. They know how to get in touch with me if necessary. 😉
