Yahoo! RSS not updating?

I have had my issues with RSS feeds on Yahoo, and they were all worked out. But now that I’m making some changes, I still see the same two posts in Yahoo!, one of them does not exist, and something I just posted isn’t there.

Any direction you can point me in as to what to do so the RSS feeds work? It seems ok in my RSS reader.
