• I have created 11 blogs on my Yahoo Business account. I recently migrated from Yahoo Business to Arvixe while continuing to pay for Yahoo Business. When I attempt to grab my SQL Backup on Yahoo Business file management, a message says that the SQL database is scheduled for rollback and that I cannot complete the backup/download . . . at this time. When I go to the blog landing page all of my blog sites are listed, but when I select any of them, a message tells me that the database does not exist. When I call Yahoo Business, Yahoo Business tells me that its a Word Press problem. Word Press does not have live customer support. These blogs cover very important events — when I was a Fulbright Scholar in Bosnia and Herzegovina. I do not want to lose them. How do I find/recover the SQL database?

So, Yahoo Business rolled back your database, lost it, and says that’s a WordPress problem? That’s fun. :/

I recommend contacting them again and asking to speak to someone higher up. There’s definitely nothing we can do about that, especially since their own rollback system caused the problem.

Do you have a copy of your own backup?
