 * 1> How to add expires headers?
    2> How to reduce HTTP requests? 3> How to call
   js at bottom? [I tried a plugin called “JavaScript to Footer” but I don’t think
   it’s working properly] 4> How to use cookie-free domains?

 * All of this (except cookie free) can be done with good caching plugins like WP
   Super Cache or W3 Total cache.
 * Expires can be done in your .htaccess — [http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/how-to-add-far-future-expires-headers-to-your-wordpress-site-1533](http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/how-to-add-far-future-expires-headers-to-your-wordpress-site-1533)
 * Cookie free … I wouldn’t even bother trying.

 * How to put js at bottom using W3TC, I’ve tried with “JS File management” option
   by adding js files. I’ve set the location before `</body>` but it’s not working.
   Can you please tell me why? and ya “Minify” is enabled.

    Ya, I’m using multisite,
   And have activated W3TC for that particular site.
