XSLT Location for sitemap

  • Using 1.3.4.1 for WordPress SEO, on 3.4.2 WordPress

For the sitemap, all of the links are showing up using home_url() (the Site Address in general settings) which is good – that’s what we use for our public-facing URL, as it is load-balanced between our servers.

The sitemap.xml also shows up on that domain.

However, the xslt referenced uses site_url() (the WordPress address in general settings), which is bad – we only use that URL for our single admin box to get admin UI to work.

Pretty standard arrangement for load-balanced front-ends.

is there a way to get the xslt to reference home_url and not site_url so Google doesn’t get a reference to our admin box?

    Thanks!

  • Note: I do see there’s a set_stylesheet API. We could use that if needed, but where’s the best place to set that so it survives plugin version updates?
