Xprofile Group Field Not shown

Dear All,
Thanks for wonderful plugin. i have got some problem with plugin so please guide me if possible . my Registration Group Filed Not Shown, so i add all the filed in base primary field. my url is here http://shaaadii.com/register/.

second problem is there is limitation in drop down menu . i made a field caste but after limitation i have create another field under the name of extra caste. so please check my link and guide me . http://shaaadii.com/register/
