xmlrpc.php Hack Urgent Help

Hello.
I’m trying to install Jetpack but not getting anywhere and when I took at look at my xmlrpc.php there are some strange links in there that might be interfering with the plugin.. not my prioitry now..

Someone please tell me how to get rid of these links?
