Is there any plugin that can help me with it? I worked a lot on my website I just want want to start from scratch..

  4. There really isn't a plugin that can help you at this point: installing additional plugins on a compromised WordPress installation just makes it more difficult to fix.

After you've successfully delouses your installation that's when you may want to add one of those plugins.

How can i be sure that which plugin is causing the problem? Or is it a theme?

You need to go through the list of resources that Jan posted above and follow all of those steps.

    I have checked the links

They are not showing any threats, plus its a fresg installation not more than 3days. So its not hacked actually its a code placed somewhere that need to be removed..

Im not a developer sorry If im being a noob..
